She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and even remembered part of our order on the second day! She truly made us feel welcome. The other two young ladies working were also very pleasant. The location was clean, and our orders were prepared quickly and accurately. Highly recommend!

I had ordered on line but accidentally sent my order to the wrong location, when I realized and came here, I apologized. Instead of understanding, the manager gave me an attitude because I walked inside to pickup my order instead of going thru the drive thru to pick it up. (Which clearly wasn’t visible to me at this location that I have never been to) She then made me wait about 15 minutes, ignoring me. When I politely pointed out how rude she was being, she refused to give me her name. Her exact words were.. name? Good luck finding that! (With NO name tag on) just the manager shirt she was wearing. I understand mistakes happen on the customers end, but nobody deserves to be treated with disrespect when they are being apologetic and just trying to pickup their order. Higher management should address customer service skills here with her asap because this experience is making this Dunkin’s loose customers!!!
