Don’t bother ordering food at all let alone placing a mobile order. They took drive thru orders that arrived well after I’d already been waiting in the lobby before starting my order, and even still the hash browns weren’t fully done. I get being understaffed, but that quality of service was beyond disappointing for the lack of any edible results. Absolutely wasted my money and time.

I think it's absurd to have so many negative reviews about the rude and arrogant manager of this place and no one has taken any action yet!! How can you allow this manager to represent you?! I went to place my order at the drive thru which by the way was very full today, even though it was not my turn to be served I could hear her talking in a despicable way with the customers and when it was my turn she was ignorant, impatient and with a very arrogant tone of voice as if she was doing a favor to us customers! It's not the first time I've witnessed this woman having this behavior, many of my friends complained about her and stopped attending this dunkin precisely because of this despicable manager! She never shows sympathy or politeness for anyone, neither for employees nor for customers! Terrible! You need to take some action!

The service here is abysmal. They often have 6 people working behind the counter and every single one of them will just ignore you. I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich that apparently was somewhere back in the kitchen, and none of the employees could be bothered to help. I was able to make eye contact a couple of times, but they just ignored my questions. As in,they looked me dead in the eye, listened to my question, looked at the order on the phone I was holding up, and then just kept on walking. There was another man there who wanted to use the restroom, and he got the same treatment. Apparently, there is only one employee in charge of the front of house. Everyone else is just servicing the almighty drive thru. But they won’t tell you that, and they won’t ask the front of house person to help you. They just ignore you. This is how things went down on one particular visit, but it is pretty common there. 3-stars for food because it was cold by the time someone finally moved it the final six feet to the pick up area.
