I assumed he was helping the customers in front of me, so I waited — but after 25 minutes, nobody had been spoken to or helped. When I finally asked, he picked up one of the bags that had been sitting there since I walked in — my order. My issue isn’t that the food took long to make; I understand two burgers, fries, and a hot dog can take time. My issue is the complete lack of communication and customer service. There was no reason I should’ve waited an extra 25 minutes for food that was already done and sitting there, especially when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. My food ended up cold, and the whole experience felt careless and frustrating.
