As a regular Panera customer, it was the 1x my tuna tasted a bit sour so we came back with the whole sandwich. The manager came out, I showed her the uneaten sandwich which is barely touched. She said she couldn’t touch the bag/sandwich so I threw it out. After walking to the trash infront of her she then stated she can’t do anything without the receipt that’s now in the trash as protocol. I was very annoyed. I walked back over pulled the sandwich the trash & showed her on my Apple Pay $29. I believe she had me go through all of that bcuz of my skin color. Terrible customer service & very disappointed
