Not only did they not have any chocolate frosted but instead of refunding me they sent my 3 random donut styles. Understandably pissed, I called the restaurant and the employee just talked over me the entire time. The Google map review says “go to any other Dunkin’s and they’ll do a better job” and when I told the employee her response was “Yup” as if she knew and was proud of it. Now here I am, negative review and left with 3 donuts I’m going to feel like absolute shit having to throw out because instead of just refunding 4.44$ they decided to throw in and lead to 3 perfectly made donuts being wasted. Sad
