- JCJamie Carter4 days ago1.0Walked in today around 3 too a loud restaurant with employees in the back having a jolly good time. Taking forever to serve people. Then when I get closer to the counter the first thing I noticed was how disgusting the counter was meat everywhere bean juice. Any ingredient chipotle had was all over the counter. Then next thing everything was out. Steak,chicken,pico. If they weren’t spending so much time talking it would not look like that. Worst part was when the lady came to restock the steak and she uses the serving spoon to scrape meat and beans that were on the counter into the fresh thing of steak and then plopped the spoon right in there with it. Serving size was awful felt like I ordered a chipotle kids sized bowl. Very disappointing

I almost left due to how busy it was but the line was so quick and the communication between everyone while cooking, serving and needing replacement food was impressive!! Kudos to everyone on today. Cannot tell who the manager is supposed to be. If there is one, they have no control over their employees. 90% of the staff are young, careless kids. Staff always yelling/laughing paying no attention to orders. I place online orders and they still cannot get them out on time. Chipotle….Do Better
