As a frequent customer of this chain my visits are rarely memorable … that was until I was served by Heather. Heather’s energy and positivity light up the lobby. She masterfully orchestrates the experience by cheerfully taking orders, curating alternatives for items that may be sold out, and making sure each customer is satisfied. I’d compare her impact to that of a great point guard running the offense or a coxswain confidently leading their crew to row in perfect harmony. I would also like the acknowledge the rest of the staff at this location as well who were all incredibly pleasant. I think this is a good reminder that a great customer experience doesn’t need to be found in a five star restaurant, it comes down to the effort that individuals bring to the establishment. Cheers to Heather and the rest of this staff.
