I stood looking at the menu and continued to stand there waiting to be helped until finally the owner asked "You ready?" I told him I was and he said "I've been standing here waiting for you!" I started to place my order when he interrupted and told me they do not take coupons. (I had Subway coupons in my hand) When I asked why not, he leaned towards the counter and angrily told me again WE DO NOT take coupons so I walked out and will never go back! We received Subway coupons in our weekly flyer for this area and cannot understand why they were denied. Most importantly, the owner was extremely rude and hostile! This is a nice, friendly quaint town and we do not need people like this ruining it!

Doesn't say anything to me about this location not excepting coupons, till after he’s done making the food. Should have just walked out cause it cost me 30 dollars, but wanted to make sure my grandmother could eat so had no choice, he even gave me a bad attitude when I lifted it to give it to him. Then made a sarcastic comment about not informing him about the coupon ahead of time. Like it’s mandatory!

My fiancee couldn't understand what he was saying and got loud with her when she thought he said she could fill up the Happy Gilmore cups with a drink after purchasing. He originally said it was part of the meal deal but we do not recall it being mentioned that we couldn't get a drink in them. We paid for our sandwiches and the two cups and left. We are not planning on coming back to this location.
