Additional paid items like extra meat or extra sauces are often missing from the order, which is frustrating since you’re paying extra for them. On top of that, the food quality and portion size are inconsistent. Sometimes it’s decent, other times it’s noticeably worse or smaller. Not surprising to see so many negative reviews here.

It’s a kick in the nuts because the different meats cost different prices and the guacamole is $3 dollars. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I am never going back again

The restaurant is a mess, filthy, uncleaned tables , floors and the drink station to the trash area is just gross. The are understaffed and the workers are doing everything from preparing the food and cashier (wearing one glove) its absolutely disgusting. Imagine someone paying cash and they give them change w the same glove and making ur burrito and spreading cheese w the same glove. They need to take restaurant hygiene seriously

They are constantly out of stuff, but do not tell you until you’re halfway through making your order and then get upset when you say that you do not want it. I asked for a bag of chips after being annoyed my bowl was missing half the stuff I wanted because they were out of stock and I asked for the chips, the worker grabbed the last bag, and another worker came around the corner and said that she wanted to take those home with her, and she took them from his hand and walked away The cashier proceeds to tell me “sorry we don’t have any more chips“. Staff seems like they hate being there and puts that onto the customers, I try to give it a second chance over and over as it’s the closest chipotle to my house but this is the last time
