  God dammit! Order splenda in your coffee, 🤞 hope it gets in the coffee. Literally had to buy a box to keep in the car... not just here but almost every dunks I stop at. Still love you but....

  very disappointed and upset with my experience today. I order a chocolate chip muffin toasted with butter. Firstly, the kid taking my order didn't know how to "add butter" to my order so the girl next to him told him to "do this". I was then upcharged a dollar as i saw "add water" displayed on the register. I figured this was a way to still get paid for product but a whole dollar to spread BUTTER on a muffin? Seems very crazy to charge someone a dollar for butter and charge it as water. Here's the kicker, upon opening the bag and pulling the muffin out, it didn't even have butter! There was no communication between the team so essentially I paid an extra dollar for literally nothing, just giving more money to this subpar chain restaurant, and in this economy that just rubs me all the wrong ways. I also asked the cashier for the sippy lid (cold foam lid), when I got my coffee... surprise surprise! it had the regular straw cap. This isn't really a big deal I just had to ask for the correct lid, but I had to stop the crew member because she was about to put cold foam on my coffee. Again very poor communication between team members. Over staffed and undertrained, my favorite coffee shop was closed today so I went here to to get a coffee and breakfast. Today will be my last visit to this store because of the unprofessionality of the team and operations.

  They have messed up the order multiple times!! I wish I can give negative starts!! Please check your order before walk out! Ordered Bagel with strawberry cream cheese! 1st they didn’t put on the order! The lady said she will notify the person who is making the order but it came out without the cheese! I drove back to the location and ask them to fix it! They put the regular cream cheese! So poor customer service!!!! Never go to this location again!
