- ATAshleigh Thouin4 days ago1.0Found a hair longer than mine literally engrained in my cheeseburger. It was so deep into my cheese and my burger. Did not finish the burger, and wont be returning, which is too bad because it was one of my favorite burger joints. What happened to wearing hair nets in the kitchen? Please do better.

Didn't toast my roll (asked for) Didn't sauté my onions etc. My kids burger was a complete mess not sure if the cook is a dishwasher, but his aim sucks at lining burger between two buns.I recommend getting a new cook and put the one that's there on dishes or milkshakes because those were good. I've ordered the same thing at a different location and it was fire!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
