She is always sweet and interactive with every customer giving us a a unique experience every-time we are there. This poor girl is getting yelled at and threatened with write ups tonight. Clearly the managers have no respect for the workers as people. This is NOT team leader behavior and it makes the atmosphere and workers mood undesirable. The manager with the black hair and the one with the accent needs to do better! Stop treating these poor kids with such disrespect. It’s disgusting and disappointing.
