Iced coffee was perfect and filled to the top, green tea tasted fresh, and the bagel was toasted just right. Super clean inside with a really nice marble fireplace by the seating area (not pictured). Staff seemed a bit tired or annoyed, but it didn’t affect my experience at all—

Disgusting not cooked all the way their famous words are. “ we rely on the sandwich to heat up the cheese.” It’s the most disgusting thing that could ever be said to a customer that is not how it should be done. You should not be giving anyone raw food all food should be completely cooked all the way through.
