It must’ve been a Duncan that was the opposite direction behind me. So when I get to the Dunkin, they’re like we don’t have your order. I give them the address of my order place and apparently it was eight minutes back from the way I came. I’m pregnant With a headache and I figured a tea would help that and I have my one and a half year-old with me who’s crying in the car. Really wasn’t having a good day. And good customer service would be like let me see your order to see what I can do. She just says I can’t just give you a free drink. I said ma’am, it’s a tea. It’s a water with a teabag. They gave me a hard time. If you’re that, so stuck up over a freaking water with a teabag like figure it out, Just made my day even better

They’re too lazy to add my cold foam no cookies and when you say something they gaslight you into saying it’s the same thing.. but it isn’t the same thing look at the damn photos or the drink them look at the ice coffee you gave me 😠
