    Horrible! Uncooked food, missing items, no sauce on tacos. Reported online and will be going there to get a refund! Don't go here! Its unfortunately not the first time and we won't be giving it another chance EVER!

    Went there last year. They really skimped out on the meat portions despite paying $9 for burrito. Probably the worst Chipotle location I ever been to for the value - half portion meat sizes.

    I wonder how come this chipotle dirty all the time, 24/7 no exceptions. Worst chipotle in entire western mass. Who owns or manages this place. Any fastfood restaurant is cleaner than this in westfield, you name it. Windows, entrance, doors, door handles, floors, forks, knives, straws, counters, tables literally everything dirty. It takes 40-50 bucks to feed 2 people in here come on now. Close this store. it literally hurts the brand name
