  I very rarely go here even though it's the closest place to me. The staff are always grumpy, 8/10 times there's an error on my receipt, so I have to either say the heck with it or wait in line to deal with your not so pleasant customer service staff. Today broke the staw, big display of green grapes sign above says 2.49 per pound, excellent love grapes, grab a nice bag, and proceed with my shopping. Before I exit as always at this store I check my receipt line by line, (because you can't watch the scanning, because you have to bag your own groceries, despite the huge mark up at this store) the grapes went in at 3.99 per lb, as apposed to the big sign above them, so I wait, of course there is no one in customer service, no service bell, nothing, finally Miss grumpy pants, who I have NEVER seen smile in all the years I've been going there, comes over, I tell her about the issue, she pulls out the add, and say, nope just the red one's are on sale, I offered to grab the display sign with all the green grapes below the 2.49 # ,she went over herself, and there it was, ( I forgot my magnifying glass) red grapes only, on the bottom of the sign. Ridiculous, Stop and Shop in Westborough MA, you have a lot of compation now, between Roche Brothers, Big Y, Wegmans, not to mention full service Walmart and Target, and Market Basket right there in Shrewsbury, you may want to think about being a little more customer friendly, and better prices, before you crumble like your former neighbors in the plaza. As for me I'm going to Big Y and Walmart going forward.

  employees are super nice (outside some awkward outliers) & they put that stupid robot away. produce section actually smells like greens. THEY HAVE EARLY, SENSORY CONSIDERATE HOURS. I love shopping at this location 🥺♥️

  Do not think about ordering for pick up from this place they are unprofessional have your order done last minute and take forever to bring out your order you’d get your groceries faster going inside the store as someone who usually likes to order pick up from other stopnshops but this one is horrible went inside the store no one was found at the customer service or inside the pick up
