I drove to the windows and, after numerous attempts, was able to convey my order, a plain toasted bagel with butter and a croissant. The bagel was perfectly toasted but no butter on the bagel. I got back in line and politely asked that they put butter on my bagel. The girl disappeared and an angry older woman told me the highly unlikely story that there is a company policy against putting butter on bagels. I expressed surprise but the angry woman insisted that was company policy. I asked for my money back since the order was not what I had asked for. She shut the window and walked away. I drove off with no intention of coming back.
