  This place sucks! Rachel is a terrible manager and person! Doesn’t give any right proportions, scraped the bare end of the steak and tried to charge me double lol. Literally 5 pieces of steak. Then had the audacity to try and talk back to me when I told them it wasn’t double steak. Everytime I come in, it’s always the same lousy attitude from her. Doesn’t know how to manage her employees, or treat people with respect in general. Can’t wait to see her fired.

  We came in at 7PM on Sunday night and they were already out of all protein rice and beans options.It seemed like they were not even trying to replenish the stock when we offered to wait .

  I regularly order Chipotle, and most of the time I get good bowls. BUT today and the past few weeks are the exception. Portions have been bad, I've barely got any food which is annoying especially since I get extra chicken. So I'm paying extra for a bowl not even half way filled. However, out of these past few bad orders TODAY WAS THE WORST!!!! I order two bowls, both pretty simple, but the workers messed them both up!!! My bowl included fajitas and beans, the fajitas are not my favorite and the beans tasted like SLOP. In the other bowl I ordered we got the wrong meat, missing fajitas, beans, guacamole, and cheese. Since this is someone's job I expect they can execute making the correct bowl, but recently it is clear the workers are incompetent and someone needs to take action. (All orders were mobile, that shouldn't be an issue though.)

  Avoid this store. I’m a Chipotle fan and this is my local store, but it’s terrible. Always out of stuff, hardly ever warm and never hot. I nicely complained finally and the employee acted confused. What’s going on at this store?
