We are a family-owned cafe that started in Easthampton in a beautifully renovated train depot in 2013. Since then, we have opened stores across the valley in Northampton, Hadley, Florence, and West Springfield. With a focus on fresh and delicious food, our bagels and pastries are baked daily in our Hadley bakery and transported to each of the cafes. Our house-whipped cream cheese is a staple for any cream cheese lover - fluffy, creamy, and we have multiple flavor options!
