  Always just ok...not bad, not amazing. Service was great last visit. They seam to struggle to get the right meats and sides on the correct plates but it all worked out at the table, we are easy to please. I'll go back, always do.

  We went to Outback Steakhouse in Springfield Ma tonight and it was not a good experience. The bread they start with was the best part of the meal. We ordered the steak, provided our allergies, asked them to make sure those items were left off and why but was then given the steak with those items on it anyway. The new steak did not arrive until every one else at the table was done eating. All we got was a "whoops - sorry about that". When the new steak came out, it was literally a plain beef patty similar to a burger but without a bun - it was dry and salty. Additionally, 2 of us ordered a burger with fries - the burger was super salty also and the fries were so salty you couldn't even see the fry - it was all seasoning. The kids meal was the same way. I brought up my concerns with the manager because the food was not eaten and she just said - "Well, we are heavy on the seasoning, it's just how we do things" - she didn't do anything to try to make it right even when I mentioned they gave us a meal with a previously mentioned allergy but got served it anyway - they didn't care. Moral of the story is, I will not be going back to OSH probably ever because the food was not edible and the staff could care less if their customers are given allergens and unhappy with the food and service. But if you love a lot of salt on your food - this is the place is for you.

  Terrible service. I'm guessing there was a reason the restaurant was more empty than those around. We were sat, waited 20 minutes without anyone even coming up to our table. When we asked the hostess to be switched, she said she would get our server. When she did not get our server, my husband and I decided to leave. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

  I would give a million stars if I could OutBack Steak house was AMAZING! We had my husband’s 60th birthday dinner and WOW the service was OUTSTANDING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND This restaurant the Manger Was amazing the hostess was amazing and our waiter TJ was phenomenal Outstanding we had a party of 20 with family from out of state and they want to come back here again!! Thank you Out Back for making this day more memorable and special 🙏🩵

  I don’t enjoy being lied to. I get there to pick up a delivery order and I’m told you guys are packing it up right now 20 minutes later you tell me you guys are still waiting for one more item Meanwhile, 10 other people have come behind me and picked up their orders You guys missed the guarantee ready time by over 15 minutes before I finally said, screw it and left. Absolutely embarrassing!
