I started going to the #288 Park St W SPFLD Wendy's AFTER going to the RIverdale St Wendy's and seeing that they purposely didn't show the Value Meals - Biggie Bags ON THEIR INSIDE RESTAURANT MENU AND charging for large drinks EVEN though you wanted a small or medium. Also, their music was Very Loud! I was there one day and saw 4 small children with their parents WITH ALL LARGE SODAS!! Imagine a child with all that sugar!! This Wendy's at Park St. is an older site BUT IS VERY CLEAN and employees are very courteous and seem to be working VERY WELL AS A TEAM! I AM GLAD THAT I HAVE A GREAT WENDY'S TO GO TO ON PARK ST. WEST SPRINGFIELD!!

It ironically ended up being the only item that was correct. Some more training is needed it seems. Shame, because this wendys is usually better than the rest

So I ordered the misfortune meal didn’t even include the dipping sauce or that darn spoon, they also forgot my fries. I also ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich and they gave me a classic chicken. Old tomatoes old lettuce old pickles nothing fresh about this place at all. Their employees are clearly careless when it comes to to the customers!!!!
