When I called the store, I was told they wear hairnets, but if they wear them, why was there hair in my food? Girl then proceeded to say it was an issue with the oven, didn’t know ovens have hair, but hey, stranger things have happened. When asked when a manager would be available, I was told to contact DoorDash for a refund. The situation was not handled well by employee.
