  There is a girl who works here (she was working last night) I don't know her name but she always makes my sandwiches so pretty looking and they taste amazing. I am pregnant so I am a hard critic and I usually don't leave reviews for places but she has made me a regular customer. My husband usually picks up my sub but I asked him to get her name next time so I can add it to my review

  Just came from this Subway on Memorial Drive in West Springfield I thought they were joking about charging me for the subway crunch that's ridiculous I understand that you got to make a living but charging for Subway crunch when you're not supposed to do that that's just robbery I go to the other Subway stores in the surrounding areas which is Chicopee Springfield and parts of West Springfield cuz I enjoy the sandwiches and they all say that they're not supposed to charge for Subway crunch even the owner from this store wanted to charge me. Plus when you asked for a half a sandwich they end up cutting it really short which lets me know that they know what they're doing and they are real stingy with the portions I'm like it's only lettuce and spinach you could put on a little more this is a damn shame I'm pretty sure this owner from this Subway is going to get a lot more complaints cuz this is really ridiculous times are hard (brother) why are you trying to make it hard for everybody else....

  Okay, but nothing like my favorite location in Lincoln, RI. The service wasn't very friendly. The food was okay.

  The employees handle the food very well ... Unlike the one in sumner Ave ... just getto employees
