- DSDavid SmonkMar 5, 20261.0I went to return a couple of things February 22, I said i’m here to return a couple of things, and Jacob at the customer service counter, who was standing there lifting weights, says “Aww man you’re gonna make me do my job?” At first I thought he was joking, but as the transaction went on he kept up with that same attitude. Never got a greeting, or a “have a good day” or anything like that. Just rushing through the transaction with a weird attitude. Sorry I made you do your job? You’re at work not the gym. I don’t know why you’re hiring these people when they’re ungrateful and unable do their job properly!
