Anyone else, you get 1-6 mistaks, have to either go through your groceries BEFORE you drive away, or risk having to return to swap out for the ciorrect ones. OFTEN, what's online is NOT IN STOCK. Their computer page went down 2 weeks ago and Manager denied anything was wrong Turns out central number recorded a "TECHNICAL ERROR" within 10 minutes, called back, Manager disputed. Then , at my insistence, she double checked, saw the message herself, wasted 3 hours of my morning. WARNING> Yesterday, instead of correcting for the preditable mis-shopped item, manager sent girl out with receipt in front of her, ARGUING THAT I MADE THE MISTAKE WHEN I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT SHOP THAT ITEM UNTIL I JUST SHUT MY CAR DOOR AND DROVE OFF AFTER 30 MINUTES FOR A TRIP THAT SHOULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN 10 MINUTES WARNING--- GO THROUGH YOUR SHOPPED GROCERIES BEFORE YOU PLACE GROCERIES IN YOUR CAR> CALL IN ADVANCE AND MAKE SURE DAVE IS IN CHARGE> THE FRANCHISE MAKES A BIG SHOW THAT THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE> IT"S HIT OR MISS AND KEEP TRACK OF HOW MANY OF THEIR STORES HAVE BEEN CLOSED IN THE STATE OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS> Would GO TO BIG Y IF THEY HAD CURBSIDE PICKUP.THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION HAS BEEN ESPECIALLY PROBLEMATIC OVER 4 YEARS. THEIR CENTRALIZED CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE COULD CARE LESS.
