  We pulled into the drive through and nobody said anything to us for 5 minutes. We said, 'Hello?' and someone said, 'It's gonna be awhile.' We asked what that meant and they repeated themselves so we said, '5 minutes, 15 minutes...?' They said "We got a lot of orders." We didn't bother ordering. The lack of communication and customer service was enough to know that the food and experience was going to be bad.

  Extremely understaffed. Need more people on shift. Faster to go to any other Dunkin in the area, including the time it takes to get there.

  Walk-in customers clearly don’t matter here. I stood inside for 10 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged once, while drive-thru orders were nonstop. If you don’t want to serve people inside, just say that
