I tried to politely mention that the tone over the speaker sounded a little frustrated, but the response I received was dismissive and unfriendly. When I returned a second time, I was greeted with the same unfriendly attitude, and it felt like basic courtesy was missing. I’m always respectful when I speak to staff, so the energy I received back was disappointing. Because of that, I decided to go to Starbucks today instead. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but customer service really does matter, and I hope this helps improve the experience for others in the future.
