When I asked about it, the staff claimed this was “store policy” — that asking for less ice means less coffee. That makes no sense, especially when paying for a large size. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional when I raised the issue instead of trying to resolve it. I have photos showing the cup was barely half full. Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service and misleading portioning. I would not recommend this location.
