  Drove in from NYC to try my first time at 7 brew, my order was taken by a girl named Ty, she was nice and fast. Then I got my drink from a girl named Sophia. We laughed about having the same name and she called me her bestie LMFAO 🥰 No idea who she was by the way, but I love her and her pink crown'; she had me cracking up for a good 5 minutes. If I lived closer, I'd be there every day just for her

  We are ADDICTED to 7 brew, we’ve gone almost every weekend since it’s opened. Everytime we are greated with excellent conversation and customer service etiquette. We recommend to everyone we talk to to try, their drinks are delicious and have so many options to customize. I am a sugar free girl until I die and they have so many options to make their drinks sugar free. 7 brew is great but their “Brewistas” are even greater! Today we had Nash(I hope that’s spelt correctly) & Princess Sophia greet, take our order, and deliver our drinks.

  drinks are good but overpriced. Every time I’m handed a drink there is coffee all over it, I worked with coffee for years and I find it crazy anyone in the customer service industry would hand a drink out leaking all over the outside of the cup. Music is so loud you can’t hear the employees speaking to you. Also, it always seems like one of the lines goes while the other one is at a standstill for 10 mins. I was late to work twice because I was stuck in line for over 25 mins.

  7 Brew is my family’s new coffee spot. Always friendly, always helpful, always efficient. Today Sophia Williams took our order and she was so sweet and she helped me find a coffee to order. I feel silly ordering drinks off tik tok but she was so helpful! Highly recommend and I hope we see her again soon. Clay was so friendly when our drinks were ready and got them to us asap!

  They made my drink wrong. Twice. I asked them for a refund of the drink and I was told they would cancel the drink (I still paid for a second drink I had ordered) well they never did process that refund so I paid for a drink I didn't receive. Can't call the store directly because they don't list their number and the only number listed is for headquarters and you can't get a live person on the phone. Another thing is they seem very unorganized in general. They have one person going down the one line of cars and taking orders while the other line gets ignored. They don't give receipts. The music they play is way too loud and you can't hear anything they are saying. Everyone working there seems to be having a great time, so much so that they forget they are working. I think this place is geared towards young high school and college aged kids mostly. The drinks are all sugary, overpriced and overrated.
