  If I could put no stars I would this place is trash just caught one of the employees grabbing donuts and eating them with gloves on THE SAME GLOVES HES TOUCHING THE CASH WITH, I will never spend my money here again I walked out I was so grossed out

  If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a shaken espresso and I said no sugar. The lady on the speaker said sharply we don’t put sugar in it. She put in brown sugar espresso on the screen. Gave me serious attitude and hurried me along. As I got to the window I tried explaining that I don’t want sugar and the girl at the window was very confused. They finally made it and when I tried it, it was made wrong. I asked the manager what milk she put in and she said oat milk. I said I didn’t ask for oak milk, it should be just milk and espresso. And she rudely told me, “I know how to make it”! They brought me out the espresso after a minute or so and it was still made wrong. I will never go to this dunkin again. I’ve never had a manager from a coffee shop treat me so poorly. Avoid at all costs.

  This was my go to dunkins for a couple years now. Ever since they remodeled their store into a modern dunkins with the tap, their entire crew and system and quality control of their food and drinks has declined. Coffees never made right anymore and bacon for their sandwiches are never crispy half cooked and bread are overtoasted burnt hit or miss. Big side note, today being the big reason for this review is just how lack of caring their crew is to the brand new store. Just mess everywhere and huge body odor smell upon entering the premises. Get the store checked out ASAP.

  This morning I pulled through the drive-through ordered a medium coffee and a muffin came to $5.29, The young girl at the window took my gift card swiped. It handed me my coffee and said thank you. Have a nice day. I said to her I ordered a muffin as well. She turns away from me. She looks at the rack. She grabbed a bag, handed it out the window says nothing. I look in the bag, no napkin. I then asked her for a napkin and she stood there in the drive-through window, staring at me. I asked her again for a napkin. She slowly turns, walks away, gets one napkin, and then slowly walks back to the window, not handing it to me. I finally got very frustrated and I said to her, I am on my way to work. Could I please have that napkin. I don’t understand why we have people at the drive-through who act like we are putting them out. Secondly I think Dunkin’ Donuts should always provide napkins with any order that is taken through the drive-through. If you’re inside, you can get your own napkin. Very disappointed in the customer service this morning.
