My only issue is parking is limited and having one way entrance and exit which forces you to squeeze by the cars waiting in drive thru who aren't always considerate enough to keep a tight line to allow customers to exit. None the less DR'S is always worth the trip!

I waited in line and got to the window and explained what happened and the server refused to make me a coffee! Stating there were 2 customers behind me and I had to go around the building again. It takes 15 seconds to make a coffee and she wouldn't do it! Totally unprofessional and rude! Went up the street to the Honey Dew where they were Totally polite and professional!

She put in brown sugar espresso on the screen. Gave me serious attitude and hurried me along. As I got to the window I tried explaining that I don’t want sugar and the girl at the window was very confused. They finally made it and when I tried it, it was made wrong. I asked the manager what milk she put in and she said oat milk. I said I didn’t ask for oak milk, it should be just milk and espresso. And she rudely told me, “I know how to make it”! They brought me out the espresso after a minute or so and it was still made wrong. I will never go to this dunkin again. I’ve never had a manager from a coffee shop treat me so poorly. Avoid at all costs.
