The bagels have always been cold .. hard as rock in a few minutes; the filling was not spread out at all; and I was served bagels with sesame seeds when I clearly mentioned plain bagels and that I have a sesame allergy( just in case to be cautious)! And obviously both times I couldn’t not eat them! I do not recommend going there !

They were really rude and mad that we tried to finish our order at the window and ignored the additions to the order. It was astonishingly terrible service.
