I drove back around, ask for them to replace the order. Then they tried to recharge me More money, which they should’ve have they should’ve just swapped it out, cause I already paid for it got like five or six onion rings unacceptable. Terrible service the lady that runs the place ignorant I wouldn’t go back there ever again. I wouldn’t recommend it. All they care about is your money most places just fixed the order and don’t question it that tells you something

He was tall with a poorly carved eyebrow slit and couldn’t be more bothered with customers coming in. Another worker had to physically nudge him to address my friend and I to take our orders. I was again ignored when I went to ask for an ice cream lid and someone else had to give it to me while the boy sat and talked with another co worker, completely ignoring me. Unfortunately, after calling the place to address the situation, the manager didn’t seem to care so here we are.

The driver neglected to pick up the cake, and only delivered the little sandwich! I was panicking, but when I called Dairy Queen and learned my order was there, just not picked up, the man on the phone told me he'd personally deliver it to me. He was so kind and the cake ended up getting to me just in the nick of time! I wish I had gotten the young man's name who helped me out. He really save the day for me!!
