Serious actions need to be taken because I don’t understand how he is still employed at this establishment. If you’re curious who I am referring to just look for the man with the attitude.

If the management team or ownership has any commitment to maintaining customer loyalty, brand reputation, or operational standards, some immediate actions are required, including having that server fired. It's an absolute disgrace.
