- CDCaitlin DiCorciaDec 3, 20251.0This location is the worst. I have never once been given a receipt with my order, and everytime I get food items from this spot, they’re COLD, LITERALLY FROZEN. The cream cheese in the bagel minis are literally frozen everytime I purchase. I’m always going to school when I purchase anything from here, so I can never turn around and complain as I’m going to Boston. I also never receive a receipt so I can never get my money back or have a track record of my purchases. I have tried to contact corporate multiple times to dispute previous orders with this location and NEVER receive a call back. I will certainly never be back to this location and do no recommend.
