- ITI have TimeApr 1, 20261.0I recently visited a Dunkin’ Donuts location and encountered significant issues with the staff. The employees, including the managers, displayed a shocking level of rudeness and disrespect. It felt as though they were being forced to work there, as their attitudes were unwelcoming and dismissive. Many of the employees spoke Portuguese or Brazilian, and it appeared they were making negative comments about customers, assuming we wouldn’t understand their language. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Instead of providing a positive experience, they made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I ordered my food, it was not prepared as I requested. Instead of acknowledging my preferences, the staff acted as if they were right and I was wrong. The managers were particularly sassy, adding to the negative atmosphere. I strongly recommend that the management at this location retrain all employees and leadership on customer service and respect. Everyone deserves to be treated well, and this experience was far from
- RPRon ParkinsonDec 14, 20254.0The wellesly store was clean, service was fast and friendly in spite of how busy they were. There were 4 tables with chairs. A nicer envirinment than I remembered. Then I made a mistake ordering coffee. Coffee is a very personal thing. I was always a fan of Dunkin's coffee when I was young. Their hot coffee when you ordered regular was with light cream and several spoons of sugar. My coffee for years has been dark roast first with sugar only and now black. I had a short meeting at Dunkin because Starbucks near me took out the tables and I don't like Starbucks either. I just heard you gasp... I ordered black coffee and barely had a few sips. I realized later I should have had their old regular and maybe added a donut or two like I did when I was young.

My children have allergies and if we ask for the list of ingredients, we are met with yelling and disrespectful attitude. On more than one occasion, they have messed up our order. There’s only one gem of a person that is kind and has a great attitude.
