  Ordering at the drive-thru is extremely slow. When you ask for a receipt, they’re out of paper. My order was incomplete; I let the employee know and showed them what was missing, and they got annoyed. They went to get me a Chalupa and Nacho Fries, but handed them to me rudely. When I gave to my non-verbal autistic grand daughter, she started screaming and crying; I tasted myself, and they had made extra spicy!! They don't deserve even a single star—terrible service and a complete waste of money. They should prioritize training their employees on customer service! If they lack tolerance for customers, they are in the wrong line of work!

  I once got seriously bad diarrhea after eating here. The Wendy's in Auburn unfortunately was the dumping spot. I drive by Wendy's often thinking about that day. Sometimes you miss the shot, that was 1. Hopefully nobody quit. Anyways, Back to taco bell. Been back since since my thorough cleanse. Great food and staff. Highly recommend. I wont eat KFC because it looks nasty and chick fil a is better.

  .. now i live close by. I cone here every now and then i nearly always tip a few dollars extra cause i know fast food jobs are tough… 4th time coming they messed up the order not giving us the entire thing. And wow did this food look horrible. Broken tortillas for tacos. Half filled tacos. The twister wraps not filled also broken. Just a bummer how bad it’s gotten. Knowing it’s fast food i shouldn’t expect Lot. But Maybe. Giving me my entire order when i pay. ? Or not skimping on the food, making it look actually appealing..

  Every time I come here the service is horrible. I'd say probably 4 out of 5 times the my order was missing something, they skimped on ingredients, I got the wrong order, or the service was completely slow. One time I was asked to pull around front to wait for my food and I was out there 20 minutes before I drove up to the window again just to find out they forgot about my order somehow. I've ordered and had things missing and had to go back. This last time I ordered a chicken cantina bowl and it was literally just beans, cheese, guac, pico, and sour cream. There was no rice and no chicken! How do you consistently have the worst service out of any taco bell I've ever gone to?? I live down the street which is the only reason I've given y'all so many chances but this last time was just the last straw. I'm never coming back to this location
