  I try not to write bad reviews, and I always give a business a chance to redeem themselves. In this case, I gave them three chances and the failed all 3 times. The whole point of ordering on the app, 10 minutes before you get there, is so you can continue to work without waiting around. Ordered 3 times on the app at this particular Dunkins and all 3 times they hadn't even started my order. This was at 5 - 5:30am and there wasn't a single car in the drive thru and people just standing around. 2 of those 3 times they got the order wrong, which is literally printed in writing for them. Easily the worst Dunkins I have ever done business with and will never go here again.

  Charged me a different amount everyday for coffee and told me it was my "no ice iced coffee order". Turns out they were just adding however much espresso and then charging me that much when I only ordered 2. Not hard to just fill a cup of coffee. Got a refund today after receiving the receipt to confirm that that's exactly what they were doing. Very dangerous, walked in to get a straw the other day after not getting one and overheard one employee saying they gave me 5 espresso, which is irresponsible due to the high caffeine content

  Went yesterday for a coffee and 2 sandwiches, got home to balance out bank account found out they charge me 37.80. Went back young girl. No clue how to look back at history. Short story never again stopping at that dunkins.
