They don't answer the phone, they have you waiting forever, and don't get me started on if you're ordering pick-up. I don't get how they are still in business at this point. Why don't you all just hire people who actually want to work, as nobody who is currently employed there wants to?? This will definitely be the last time I buy anything from this location!
