- MMMaya MannyDec 13, 20251.0THE WORST DUNKIN!!!! Went in about 5-8 minutes after putting my mobile order in for a hot coffee and a Donut made the order at 2:56 please tell me why I didn’t leave with a hot coffee and donuts until 3:30 when my order was sitting on the back counter and the lady just refused to acknowledge anyone waiting for mobile orders. Then the woman said “we don’t have chocolate frosted” I walked over and wow there was a whole tray of them. I said I wanted the chocolate frosted and she proceeded to pull out 3 different types of donuts. What the hell is going on at this location. If you’re from NE then you know which Dunks are good and this one is far from it. AVOID PS management if your employee can’t speak or read English then please remove them from a customer facing role that requires both.
