I found out almost immediately I made the wrong choice. The cashier Brenda was so rude to the point of wanting to cry IN FRONT of my son. I tried to be polite but she kept making remarks. I had to use my EBT card & she thought I didn’t see her make a smirk to the older lady behind me which was more embarrassing on top of her speaking rudely to me . I did wait to speak to a manager because that is extremely inappropriate, I was informed she is a constant problem for employees & customers & they have been trying to find ways to fire her . I usually love the atmosphere at Shaws until yesterday’s encounter.
