- BMBrian MakNov 6, 20251.0Great group of people friendly but don’t listen or care for your concerns, I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese (they always put it on it never ever here in the morning but the afternoon shift does), she repeated it to me twice. She gives me a plain bagel instead with cream cheese off to the side and says the order was correct when it was clearly wrong. I didn’t want to cause a scene over a bagel so I left. Manager seemed to not care either very unprofessional. Will never be coming back here in the morning thanks for wasting my time and $8 drink was also wrong too.

Closest to my house, and I have to wait 10/15m to place a single coffee order. Cuz their out back not workin. When they do take ur order. It's how dare you interrupt them. Suckin their teeth and rude. When u get ur hot coffee. It will be cold 🤦♂️ go to a different location if u can!

If she stopped stuffing the food in her mouth that bagel would of been prepared faster. I was in line for 20 minutes. This is the fourth time I came here it's 20 minute wait to get to the window. This happened at late morning on September 19 2025.
