- CMC M3 days ago1.0Handed a coffee with the lid off. The lady at the window laughed when it spilled and tossed napkins in the car after I asked. Just spent 20 minutes cleaning the car to finally take a sip of what was left of my coffee they didn’t replace and they of course made it incorrectly. After about 5 years of going to this dunks I’m officially done.

She gives me a plain bagel instead with cream cheese off to the side and says the order was correct when it was clearly wrong. I didn’t want to cause a scene over a bagel so I left. Manager seemed to not care either very unprofessional. Will never be coming back here in the morning thanks for wasting my time and $8 drink was also wrong too.
