  Dining room’s AC was FREEZING, and that is never a complaint for me. The worst part is that I paid over $14 for a single chalupa meal. Even a meal at Chipotle is cheaper.

  Use drive thru. Eating in is usually always a 15 minute wait. Drive thru is prioritized. Also food is oddly either close to cold or lukewarm.

  This lace never recovered from Covid. They’ve been having people pull around and wait in the parking lot for food for years now. Everytime I go there’s a whole new staff. The ai ordering works fine. I trust dollar store siri to get my order right more than the workers. avg wait time for even a simple order is 15-20 minutes. Sometimes the Spots are all taken and you have to park in the other lot, then you get together about. It’s mindblowing how poorly run this Taco Bell is. I feel so bad for the people that work here.

  Service was good, nice people. Food was the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I asked for onions, which meant they just opened up the cold, stale food, and it broke broke so all the filling fell out. Are chalupas supposed to be as hard as pita chips?

  Honestly for the worst rated taco bell in the state. They have turned things around. Food, service and customer service has gotten a lot better since the last time i was there. Not used to the automatic ai/computer drive through ordering.
