  Took 30 minutes to get the food Then once i got it it was overcooked all my food almost lose a tooth eating it didn't even finish. The boxes didn't match the orders didn't get ANYTHING right going to a different one for now on.

  Bad untrained staff. Terrible service. Ordered for pickup 30 minutes before and when I get there they hadn't even started on my order. Meanwhile drive through people are getting their orders. Way understaffed and poorly managed.

  They tell everyone at the drive through to pull around front to wait for their order, so corporate can't tell every order takes them a half hour. The parking lot is filled with people waiting for food. The server dropped my bag of food on the floor before handing it to me. My $7 Street tacos barley had any food in it.

  You guys are doing everything right, sometimes it feels like I'm not even at a Taco Bell. The guy working window at night is the nicest staff I've met in a while, he always calls you "friend" when taking out your order and has outstanding service. When I had concerns about the spice level recently on a volcano quesorito one of your female staff (possibly manager?) even insisted I try it out in the parking lot before leaving, and offered to remake it on the fly if I didn't like it. No other fast food chain is like this anymore, I'm genuinely impressed as a former service worker/food manager. Literally the only complaint I can think of is the recent adoption of the AI voice menu, having audio processing issues and an anxiety disorder myself it's a bit difficult sometimes not being able to speak with an actual person, especially when I'm ordering for multiple people lol

  This Taco Bell is very disappointing especially lately, but we still visit sometimes because it's the closest one to where we live. I really don't have too much negative to say about the food, but it's the staff/service that's a real problem...the service is so ridiculously slow & just yesterday I was asked to pull around & park to wait for my drive thru order (02/01/26) which was literally 1 item (order of nacho fries). We grew tired of waiting, so my fiancé went inside of the building to see what was going on. He could see the fries sitting there ready & waiting for an employee to serve them to us. The young man in drive thru claimed they had to make them "fresh & hot" but I could tell they weren't because I've had them fresh before & they're much hotter with an all around better taste. The sad thing is there was at least 4 other customers also sitting & waiting in their vehicles for their drive thru orders. This is unacceptable! People choose fast food for a reason. Not because they have time to be asked to wait an extended amount of time for what should take seconds or maybe a min or two to prepare & serve. I could understand the need to pull around & wait for large orders maybe, but not for 1 thing come on now! Also another time I ordered inside, I noticed that the help was all assisting drive thru rather than up front at counter as well. The wait times are almost always very slow. Accuracy is usually pretty good & kids working here could afford to pick up the pace a bit. I even witnessed one employee tell another she was taking too long making food. It appears most that work here are very young & seemingly inexperienced in fast food, not to discriminate but please be sure they are properly trained! I'm also unimpressed that they added a new robotic feature on the mic when you use the drive thru. I'd like to give them more stars, but they need to add a little effort here. I will add that yesterday another thing that really bothered me was to know they did not appear at all understaffed inside, so why were all the drive thru customers parked & waiting several mins???
