  Hello all, I would like to let everyone know my visit at Domino's pizza at 7pm on this past Saturday the 10th. It all began when my son and his friend wanted some take out for the night. I had planned domino's for dinner and took a drive down to the shop when I walked in there was only 2 others in the store at the counter but noticed they are just waiting on food but I still waited patiently to order and let them get they're food before I even place my order. I could tell that they were a little busy with probably online orders, but there was four of them working at the time in the kitchen. After the other two in front of me, got their orders and left. I was the only one in line. Waiting to order. However, all 4 of them kept "working" more like 2 of them and the other 2 cought up in conversation but they acted like I wasn't even there. I waited about ten minutes standing watching them with no one else in the building but me. My wife happened to give me a call to see how the order was going. I loudly voiced my concerns to her on the phone to try and get the staffs attention to even just place the order as nobody would take my order. After finally gaining someone's attention I tried to order but they just happened to be conveniently out of everything that I was trying to order. I was so frustrated I just walked out and went to a better establishment up the road called nico's pizza. I live in ware and have been in the town for 13 years and will never think about domino's again after this horrible experience.

  DANGER STORE! GO THROUGH A DIFFERENT LOCATION! This seems like a very sketchy store. I ordered delivery through the app, no issues. The store is 15mins away from me. The fancy “Tracker” gave updates as it should, but my order took an hour to be “delivered” only to go to a DIFFERENT ADDRESS! Called the store, the manager is Turkish and “doesn’t speak English” so he couldn’t help. The employee on the phone had to use a translator. A confusing, frustrating conversation to say the least. They found the delivery driver and he admitted to delivering it to the wrong address. They said they’d have him go get it and bring it back to me! MAJOR FOOD SAFETY ISSUE!! I asked for a refund and initially they refused. Logan, the employee on the phone called me back saying he’d be issuing me a credit and apologized for the experience. Thank you Logan! Still a messed up experience though. Tell the delivery drivers to read house numbers too! Sheesh!

  Always have to wait for pickup. Showed up 8 min after app said ready and they didn't even start cooking some of my food.

  Ordered here a couple times now and always bad service got my food delivered 1 hour and 30 minutes later. That i get sometimes there short staffed but they didn't deliver my drink then when called the girl couldn't even give me an answer to if the driver was going to come back with my drink or not. Guess what? Never came back with my drink that I paid for! Totally unacceptable might as well just stole my money. Worst part was I left a tip. Smh never again. If you order you better off picking it up
