- BBB.Apr 13, 20261.0First shift at 5am is pretty good and efficient, second shift absolutely sucks. Slow, confused and just looked lost overall, same goes for mid day weekend shifts.. terrible
- KVKalliopi VasalofskyMar 19, 20261.0this dunkin donuts is the only one I have been to that they will tell you that cannot put extra whole milk in your latte even though you are offering to pay extra. "the latte has already a lot of milk and if we put extra it will be full of it" that's what they said to me. I said you are the only dunkin that says that , I would like extra whole milk and ge said we cannot do that and I was like ok whatever and left. Like thats how I like my coffee, is it a policy thing ?I dont know, but if it was wouldnt that apply to every dunkin? I just dont get that and I was obviously very irritated and never get irritated because I have been a server my whole life and I can understand things but cannot understand this one there is no logical explanation! very disappointed and not coming back again. I am sorry if I sounded rude to the guy who was taking the order, its obviously not his fault.

Don’t know if it’s short staffing or training or what, but it’s always a problem. Be sure to schedule at least 15 minutes of your day while visiting.
