Wrong items, gave me toppings I didn't want, left out toppings I did want, fries were stale just all around not a good eating experience. Normally that wouldn't be enough for me to come on here and use my free time to write a review but the worst thing was that after I paid $38 and change for very horrible meal, my card was charged again for about $7.50 later that night. I call to tell them this and get my money back but there was a significant language barrier with the person I spoke to over the phone and ended up taking the L as it was not worth the extra time I'd spend getting it back especially considering I don't live in Waltham. I love this chain and the one near my home is excellent and its a shame I cant say that about them all. If you want to get ripped off for bad food, this is your place. Otherwise just spend your money elsewhere
