    consistently the worst run Wendy’s I have ever visited, with no quality control whatsoever, the food is always wrong, cold, raw, room temperature, or something is missing from the order, and it honestly feels like it is their goal to make the food incorrectly; orders are frequently incorrect or incomplete, the fries and sandwiches often taste like they have been sitting around or re-dropped, the drive thru line regularly wraps around the building with long waits at the speaker and at the window, and the staff are always rude, confused, and unpleasant to deal with, acting like they do not care at all about basic accuracy or customer service.

    There is always a problem with my order or they are always out of stock on certain drink options and the solution is to shrug and tell the customer to pick a soda instead. The attitude of the drive thru staff is very off putting and it almost seems like they could care less and want to just get you out so they can attend the next customer. As a former Wendy’s Supervisor I believe some adequate retraining on customer service would help this location significantly. Contemplating ever returning.

    This is the worst place I've ever been. The customer service is terrible and the manager is extremely aggressive with the staff.

    worst wendy’s ever, do better. The staff don’t even know how to do their job, mad rude don’t even bother going to that place if i could give it a zero i would. I wanted to order a simple meal they got everything wrong and overcharge me. This ruined my whole mood.
