This worker gave me 3 tomato even I ask extra tomato for large bmt and he was make fun of me with my korean accent even though he is barely speaks English

Horrible service. The man was talking on his phone the whole time he did our orders and he kept putting things on our sandwich without us saying. We had to correct him 6 times. It’s not that he misheard us, he was just putting anything he wanted on it while talking on the phone. Never going there again

I went In to order for me and my boyfriend told them I wanted a sandwich that they had a menu and a ham and cheese. One of the workers looked at me like I had six heads so I repeated the sub I wanted and pointed to the sub I wanted. After he toasted it asked me what I wanted on it I said how ever the sub comes and again looked at me like I had six heads. Didn’t look at all like he knew what he was doing. His co-worker showed him the recipe and he still couldn’t make the sub correctly. Subs were messy and cold by the time I got to eat it. I live 2 mins down the street and my subs are always still warm when I get home but not this time. Just disappointed.

Do they really think they are saving money by skimping on the meat and vegetables? Nope. It just earns them a bad reputation and a customer recommendation to FIND A DIFFERENT SUBWAY!!!
