And I don't blame the staff, they can only do so much, but when you have a skeleton crew running a supermarket, what do you expect? Albertsons, get with the program!!! I love the markets and the app, I hate the fact there are rarely ever any associates except in the from end it's sad when a front end staff person had to be seen leaving the front end to grab a mop to pick up a customer spill and grab a new item for the disabled customer because of lack of staff , then when that person gets a call to the front, they can be in 2 places at once. That's just ONE example! Maybe next time I see something amiss, I'll take a video. These people were so hard!
