Is there no protocol regarding “shopping on the clock”? Or are these people being paid to loiter the machines? Not only is this taking away from the purpose of a public vending machine, it also takes away from the shopping experience at Shaw’s. Please do better Shaw’s!

Very disappointing, since by the time you pick it up, there is nothing you can do about it. I ordered two cakes and the 6 inch was leaning like the tower of piza.
