The staff are very nice and friendly. I forgot to pick up part of my dine-in order and they would walk around the entire restaurant to find me and remind me to pick up the rest. Definitely beyond my expectations.

What made it worse was the manager’s response—no apology, no concern. He simply said, “I credited your full order. Anything else you want me to do?” Also, tried to blame the delivery driver. That attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Finding bugs in food is a serious issue, and the lack of accountability or empathy from management made this experience even worse. I won’t be returning, and I hope Panera takes food safety and customer service more seriously
