Typically a plus sign (+) means add and a minus sign (-) means subtract. Thankfully the woman at the drive through asked otherwise I would have had nothing but cilantro in my bowl - the one item I did NOT want in my salad bowl. I’m glad she took the time to ask. Now that’s great customer service - thank you! Food was as expected so I’ll certainly be back. Would love to see improvements with the online ordering.
