They made the coffee first and then took their time with the rest of the order, without even calling my name when it was ready. By the time everything was finally done, the coffee was already cold. Both the avocado toast and bagel were charred and burnt, which made them almost inedible. The tables were dirty, there were no napkins available, and the staff showed no interest in being helpful or friendly. Everyone behind the counter looked frustrated and miserable to be there, and it really showed in the service. Easily one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I have had.
