She has always tipped after delivery, which is something she has done consistently for years without any issues. The driver’s behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate, especially given that tipping is optional and not required before service is completed. The situation escalated to the point where we genuinely felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Because of this, we immediately contacted the store to report the incident and express our concerns. As of now, we have not received any response or follow-up from management, which is extremely disappointing and concerning. Between the driver’s hostile behavior and the lack of accountability or communication from the store, this experience was unacceptable. For your own safety and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether.
